Random Trivia

Now that we are the proud owners of a Jeep Wrangler and have begun the initiation process into the Jeep society (feels a lot like hazing to me, but don't tell anyone), I've noticed that there are tons of Jeep Wranglers out on the roads.
I ventured to guess that there were almost as many Wranglers as Ford F150 pick-up trucks on the road. For those of you not from Texas, the F150 is, like, totally one of the most popular vehicles around here.
While I have not done a scientific count of F150s, I did notice that while driving the 6.7 miles home from the birthing center where I had my checkup with the midwife today (everything A-OK), I saw FOUR wranglers. That's pretty significant.
Could be because we live in Pearland, where the percentage of hunters, offroader tech geekies, and general country bumpkin rednecks is rather high. I assume the Wrangler appeals to these types.
But judging by the number of car seats I've seen strapped into the back seat, perhaps the Wrangler is another type of midlife crisis vehicle.
I don't know, but Blanco seems to like it.

LOL! I love the new blog name.

That noticing Jeeps thing is a common phenomenon, whenever you buy a new kind of car, you all of a sudden start noticing how many there are around. I'm not making this up, I discovered it in my early teens (dad's car) and have known about it ever since.

Well - even though I think Jeep's are too inconvenient for babies, I've always wanted one!!! So - enjoy it to the max!!!!!

WT: Glad you like it. I know this is a common phenomena, but it certainly gives me something to do other than paying attention to the road. ..
Pamela: Sadly, there is no good story here. Just a phrase I've picked up from a dentist friend
Karmyn: Thanks, chica!
