Z celebrated his one month by spitting up down the front of my top. Twice. I used to think it was gross to feel sweat pooling in that space in your bra along the band between your cleavage. Sweat's got nothing on curdled milk. But then he made up for the puke by recognizing me and smiling. Don't try to tell me this was some sleep grin or gas. This was a real deal social smile. All for me. And I'm soaking it up.
So my June bug, my cuddle bug, my sometimes stink bug is a month old. How time flies!
Oh, and he's also famous. We did make it into an article about women pursuing yoga and pilates for labor pain management. Here's the article online: http://blogs.galvnews.com/story.lasso?ewcd=b5d198c802233e6b Apparently, there is a good picture in the print newspaper, and my mom is bringing that over tomorrow. Pretty exciting stuff!!!

congrats. that's cool about the smile.
By his size he looks like he's been here longer than a month!! First smiles are so wonderful :)
That's so exciting about the smile. I think with Bailey it's still just gas. Hopefully soon she'll be smiling for real!
We went to the doctor's today and she now weighs 9 lbs 8 oz. She's still smaller than Z when he was born. CRAZY! Can't wait to meet him!
PAH: Thanks.
ChrisB: He's certainly a big boy!!!
Stiggs: Bailey is such a doll. She's grown a lot!!
