I guarantee this will make your husband come home late from work so consider yourself FOREWARNED. (DH has had late nights the last two times I cooked it.)
Easy Ranch Chicken Tacos
You need:
chicken boobies
*taco sauce
*taco seasoning packet
*hard or soft taco shells/tortillas
ranch dressing (i LOVE Kraft 3-cheese ranch (used to be Light Done Right but is now just "Light"))
tomatoes or premade pico de gallo from the produce section
lettuce
grated cheese
black beans (optional)
Cut your chick into slices. Dump in pan with taco sauce and seasoning packet and cook until done. Assemble tacos with chicken and other ingredients, adding or subtracting to taste.
I like to serve with Rosarita's 98% fat-free frijoles refritos (refried beans).
* the Old El Paso "Stuff and Stand" taco kit contains all three items for quicker shopping. Also, the recipe is on the back of the box.
PS: Sorry for all the posts today. I am just catching up as the kiddo has decided to get two week's worth of naps in this morning. Halleluyer!!

Sounds good. I might try it, but the idea of Greg coming home late makes me want to shy away!
hahaha...you said "boobies"...
Seriously, those sounds good. I'm a sucker for anything that resembles Mexican.
I'll have to try that . . .
Just wanted to let you know that I'm hosting a new giveaway this week for some more great American made products! Come check it out!
