So I finished the never-ending blanket today. After countless mistakes, it's finally bound off. Now, what to do with it? A meager 27" square with an obvious dropped stitch, bumpy edges, and one glaring color change--it's just not giftable!!! Any suggestions??? I'm not ready to give it to the dogs for destruction. Oh well!
I guess I can work on one or more of the (many) projects that I planned to complete during the school year. And another baby blanket for another expecting couple. This baby is due December/January so I better get to knitting!!!!
For anyone following this, John updated his blog http://globalkoogler.blogspot.com and incuded pictures of his digs in Shanghai. I honestly think the apartment is nicer than our home!!!! He may never want to return!!!
