Detective Work

Dear Neighbor,
Today was trash day again, and I couldn't help but notice that I think you are snubbing our friendship. Two cases of Coors Light? What gives? How could you throw a party and not invite me? I thought we were going to be BFFs and watch Grey's Anatomy on your GINORMOUS plasma tv every week and eat popcorn and do our hair and share our secrets? I'm sorely disappointed.

You may think I won't notice, but I'm watching. I'm always watching.

Oh, and the swanky new grill you set up last night in your backyard? Niiiice. I'm expecting a cookout soon to make up for not inviting me to your Coors Light party.

Hugs,

-s

So since I haven't been invited over to party with our new, young, nice, single neighbor that we really want to set up with my SIL, I've been partying all the time with my FAVORITE LITTLE MAN:

Isn't he cute in his big boy jeans? I can't believe he is 10 weeks old this week! Seems like yesterday that we brought him home. (Wait, that sounds too much like Chinese take-away. . .)

Anyway. . .haven't had too much time to blog or comment. The little man skipped any substantial naps yesterday and then decided he needed to eat for an eternity in the afternoon. Perks: he slept for like 6 hours last night. Cons: I didn't sleep at all because I kept waking up and looking at him and poking him to make sure he was still breathing and nothing was wrong.

**************************************

Seriously, I am checking out your trash. I know way too much about all of our neighbors from their trash. Tuesday and Friday are when I do my detective work.

No, I'm not picking things out of your trash. I'm just gathering information about you by "reading" your trash. Very, very interesting. . .

PAH: Just razzing my neighbor for his unlimited disposable income. . .of course we are planning to invite him over. Tongue in cheek. . .Thanks! Little man rocks!

I often wonder what my neighbors think of my trash - I stock up my recycles and then put one type out all at once....so, one day there will be 10 wine bottles and the next time 5 empty mayonnaise jars.

THe little man is looking so handsome in those jeans!!!

Here it would be impossible to see neighbours rubbish without opening up the bins for a good nosey.

Love the big boy jeans, so cute.
