A standard Hall's cough drop can last up to four hours in your mouth. If you are semi-sleeping and not sucking on it, that is. Of course, you have to make sure you don't choke. So far that hasn't been a problem.
Do you even want to ask why I know that?
Probably not.
Here's something disturbing: There is a "repeat play" function on the Baby Einstein DVDs that everyone is obsessed with these days. Seriously? That's totally enabling parents to stick their kid in front of the tv and walk away.
Zane is totally disinterested in Baby Einstein, so I have no use for the "repeat play" function. Not that I've tried at all. No. Not at all.
IPods do not have a loud enough volume to cover up your child screaming as the other parent tries to put him to sleep. Nope. Not at all.
And the Shuffle function is guaranteed to select all of the most depressing songs when you most need a pick-me-up.
So I don't know much these days, but these are some tidbits of trivia I've learned along the way.
Leaving you with this image of my cutie. . .notice anything different?

There truly isn't a loud enough setting to cover up a wailing baby. And does Z have more hair??? And a WHOLE lotta toys?!?!?!
you need a gramma button
iPod shuffling through blah songs:
1. Make a playlist.
2. Don't load the blah songs.
3. Press Next.
4. Make another playlist. Make several.
