A little to the left. . .

No, more to the right. . .
Uh. . .a little higher. . .
No, no, a little lower. . .
More. . .to. . .the. . .right. . .
Almost. . .
*sigh*

I've got an itch that just can't be scratched.

It's the pull of going international again.
Like a moth to the flame. . ..I. . .just. . .can't. . .resist. . .

Wait, now, before my mother goes into cardiac arrest. . .I'm not saying we have any plans to go international again any time soon.
I just have the itch, you know?
I'm sure reading one of our playgroup mommy's blog about their summer in Paris has a lot to do with it. Or chatting with my American-Irish-now-Australian ex-pat buddy, AC.
We've just been in this same place for over a year now and it's all feeling kinda stale.
Fortunately, good ol' DH's company has come to the rescue and we're looking at a stint near the job site out in Butthole, TX some time next year. (Seriously, think "spindletop" "refineries" "poor air quality" "Gator-ama" think *gasp* EAST TEXAS!!!)
Not quite Europe, or Australia, or China. But full of it's own interesting-ness, all the same.
No real news on that front.
Just that I have the itch and something is coming up. . ..gotta run. . .

1 year in the same place is stale? Really? Good luck on the Kilgorish front. UGH. Boring and hellish.

Ohh, that's one tricky itch. I hope things work out for you, but I'm also kinda crossing my finger that you'll stay. I'd miss you and Z so much!!!
