More Polish housing options, etc.

So I'm procrastinating from my study of Polish this afternoon to bring you more up-to-date on our housing situation. Not that we know where we'll be living, but I wanted to put up more pics of our housing options.
Above are two pictures of one flat. John stood in the same spot and took one picture in front of him of the living room. Behind him is the bedroom (low ceiling getting into the bedroom--about 5'5"--so that might rule this out as an option. Imagine getting up in the middle of the night and *WHAM* smacking your head on the ceiling!).
And below are pictures of the kitchen and bathroom at the same place.
Does that table in the kitchen look familiar? It's the same one that's in the picture of the living room. !!! This is a very small place! In the bathroom you see the clothes washer--no clothes dryer in the place. I have no problem hanging things to dry, but what do you do when it's freezing? Imagine some frozen, hard, line-dried panties that are your only clean pair!!! I'm hoping we can get a place that at least has a dryer!!!
Just in case you were wondering. . .since this apartment only has the one bedroom and a living room, we may not be able to consider it as an option because of the size. Imagine the two of us plus our two dogs! Would be a tight fit!

So other than not studying a lot of Polish today (I'm learning the locative case, and it's just a bit trying) I took the dogs to be microchipped. My boys are troopers!!! Imagine a massive needle implanting a tracking chip in your shoulder. Acually, don't--that sounds like some crazy sci-fi movie! But they now have two chips (two massive needles))--one for the US and one for Europe--so we can keep track of them wherever they go!

Back to my tasks. Adventures in Polish. ..
