Sleepers Creepers

No, it's not my confession about being TERRIFIED of another horror movie. . . (is Signs even considered horror? More like drama? Sci-fi? Whatevs. . .Anyway, my post was cathartic and I have had fewer episodes since. Thanks.)
I'm talking about the Zanester's sleeping habits.
I've mentioned before how the kid DOES. NOT. STOP. MOVING. Not even at night. He's a sleep-crawler, big-time. Jenny, TheBloggess, recommended that I UTube the sleep-crawling phenomenon. Would love to get this, but I'm sorely lacking in infrared videotaping equipment and turning on sufficient light would surely wake him up. Not gonna do it. So no evidence of this. At least not yet.
So each night my little guy starts out at one end of the crib and creeps and crawls and generally flops himself into the opposite corner WITH GUSTO. And after several trips across the house to get him back to sleep when he's STILL asleep, JUST MOVING--noisily, I might add--the novelty is starting to wear off. It's still adorable but come one! How many times do I gotta walk that green mile between our bedrooms????!!!!
I'm sure I'll decode his "totally awake" sounds from his "not really, ma, I'm just moving again" sounds soon. Until then I'm considering my crossing the house extra exercise!

Dear sabrina. Look at the bright side. He could be a pro athlete one day! All that energy will have to go somewhere.

Don't you wish you had that energy? Think of all the calories he must burn!!!

I have the night vision video monitor. All we need to do is figure out how to attach a VCR to it.

Oh poor boy! He needs to get some sleep! You need to turn his motor off. :-)

I would suggest ear plugs, but I remember what it was like listening for that first born!

here is a thought.
When you go to bed, tell yourself (speak out loud)
I will not wake up for his night crawlers. I will only wake up if he wakes up.
